Follow-up during execution: We photograph and film the sorting, preparation and packaging stages and send you the photos and videos during the preparation period, and we keep you updated on the journey step by step until the shipment reaches you.

Premium goods only: We ship only premium, first-grade goods (freight and customs costs are the same whatever the quality, so shipping anything lower is not worthwhile).
Vegetables and fruit: Some items cannot be shipped to certain countries because of the distance: they do not withstand the transit time, and half of the quantity may arrive spoiled. This is based on our practical experience, so approval of an order depends on the item and on the destination country.
Fast-perishable items: We never ship them, even if the buyer accepts full responsibility.

Studying any order takes time and effort, and we do it free of charge, but the customs clearance company charges this amount for studying the order and providing the necessary information and data for up to 5 items.
